I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the bright side, the rooms were clean and spacious, making for a comfy stay. The staff, especially Virginia, were incredibly helpful and accommodating during an unfortunate situation with the pool. However, there were some issues, including a noisy environment due to construction workers and a lack of attractive nearby dining options. Overall, the stay was value for money, but not without its downsides.
During my stay, I appreciated the pet-friendly policy and found the staff accommodating when I needed quick assistance. However, the room I got had a noticeable odor and cleanliness was lacking in some areas, which was disappointing. Despite the comfort of the beds, my experience was marred by pest concerns and maintenance issues.
